I am directed to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 9th ultimo, on the subject of your pensions from the Gold Coast and Hong Kong, respectively, and to inform you that the construction allowance at the rate of £200, which you received in the Gold Coast, was not a pensionable emolument.
2) Reference is being made to the Governor of Hong Kong.
6 months' notice to 29 July 1910. I was on leave for 20 days. Appears to have helped Miller from the beginning. I wrote for that pension. I presume the certificate will be sent to that Colony.
